Hi, my name is Boris.

My sister, Natasha, and I were found in Altona, where we were living as stray cats. Even though we're named after villains, the true villain in our story is the person who dropped us off in town! Cat abandonment…a cruel crime!

I recently watched The Aristocats in my Furever Friends foster home. The story of being dumped in unfamiliar territory really resonated with me. I'm pretty sure I wasn't set to inherit a bunch of money, so what was the motive to dump me??? A Furever Friends volunteer said it was probably because there was too many cats at the place where I came from. It's true…that's where I got ear mites from. Which have been taken care of, so don’t you worry about me giving anything to your pets.

 

I requested a neuter so that I don't contribute to the cat population….they say unwanted kittens it is a real problem in this area. I'm a good guy so I volunteered to do the right thing. 

I didn't have as many adventures as the Aristocrats. I never met a cat named Thomas O’Mally or got locked in a trunk, but I still had a heck of a time getting fed on the street! I sure hope I get an adoptive home like the Aristocrat family...where I can live as a pampered cat, enjoying music and the arts. I'll even settle for a home where food is abundant and love is plentiful. 

I love other cats and playing with wand toys. I hope you have a few of those. Fill out an application to adopt me. I promise I won’t hide under the bed too long if you have a safe space and toys.
