Hello, my name is Edgar 

That’s an old man name you say?! Well, I definitely am not an old man!?! I’m not allowed in the yard, so I don’t do yard work, lawn mowing or check the rain gauge. I tried coffee once … that was disgusting. I have lost a few teeth, but I’m told those are just my baby teeth so no dentures for me. I do like watching murder mysteries, bird watching and napping quite a bit so I might be a bit of an old soul.

 

Don’t get out the arthritis meds just yet though because I love to chase wand toys, climb to the top of the cat tree and race my brothers up the stairs like any happy go lucky kitten. Believe it or not I didn’t start my life as a happy go lucky kitten though. I started life out on the streets. Our mom worked hard to raise us right and when we all ended up at the pound I didn’t think we needed help from no humans. However, a young Furever Friends volunteer convinced me that humans were really good snugglers and they have lots of cool toys and great food too! 

 

So I’ve decided that I need a human family.  A really nice family that will love me for a long time … so long in fact that I’ll grow into that old man name of mine!
