Would you like to help?
Running a non-profit organization solely with volunteers and on donations can be a daunting task. However, being animal lovers ourselves, we understand the need to do our best and take in as many sick, abused or abandoned animals as we can. Since our inception, we have helped over 750 cats and several dogs, and that is in no small part due to the generous donations and help from people and businesses in our area. If you would like to help Furever Friends, you may do so by donating, fostering or fundraising.

Foster
Become a foster home to help a cat in need. There are various options to suit your lifestyle.
Fundraise
Host a fundraiser and designate Furever Friends as the recipient of the proceeds.

Baked Goods
We hold fundraising bake sales a few times a year. If you would like to donate homemade goodies to one of our bake sales, please Contact Us. Some of the most popular items are:

We build cat shelters for the feral cats in our community. With time, these shelters need repairing or replacing. If you would like to donate building supplies, please Contact Us. Some of the items needed are:

Money
We are so grateful to our volunteers for everything they do for our Rescue. Unfortunately, not everything can be done by volunteers, and money is always needed. Our biggest expense is vet care costs. Unwanted Items
Every year we hold a fundraising garage sale. If you have unwanted items that are in great condition, please consider donating them to our event. Contact Us for drop-off details.
Your Time
Time is a precious commodity, and it seems that there are always more tasks to be done than we can manage. If you would like to donate your time, we would appreciate it. Tasks can range from driving cats to the vet; volunteering at events; if you are gifted with carpentry skills, building or repairing cat shelters; helping arrange fundraising events, etc. Please Contact Us for details.
Foster
If you have ever thought about having a pet, but don't want the long term commitment of owning one, please consider fostering one of our cats.

All supplies are provided, you provide the home and love.
Fostering is a rewarding experience. Being on the receiving end of unconditional love is a precious gift. Helping an animal in need is compassionate work. We do not have a building, all of our cats are housed in foster homes.
Fostering options include:
Emergency - Short notice placements that last a few days; cats that require medication, wound care or multiple vet visits.
Short Term - Placements that last anywhere from a week to a month.
Long Term - Placements that can last several months or until the cat becomes adopted.

Fundraise
A great way to help our Rescue is to hold a fundraiser. You could host a product party (like Norwex, Pampered Chef, Tupperware, etc.), or have a virtual online party.

Get the kids involved! They can donate some of their birthday money, or have a lemonade or pumpkin stand and donate some of the proceeds.
