My name is Squeak and I love dogs!

Apparently cats and dogs aren't really supposed to get along…says who? They're not the boss of me! I'm going to do my own thing and be best friends with any dog I live with. I hope there are all kinds of dogs in the family that adopts me!

Dogs are so great! Like warm, soft, fluffy blankets. They also have wonderful tails to chase! Dogs are almost always home, so they make better couch buddies than people. Don’t get me wrong, I love people too. Except little kids. They're terrifying little munchkins that try to pick me up and smother me. I try to run away, but they just chase after me! It's scary getting chased by a drooling gibberish-speaking kid and why do they smell like they're wearing a litter box?

Getting back to dogs...have you seen the gigantic beds they have? They're so comfy. I like stretching out on one with my cat friends. And dogs get mountains of food! I try to sneak some but I shouldn't because I have no teeth to chew such big pieces. 

If you're wondering why I don't have teeth, let me fill you in. My rescue consisted of a "dental". Not 1, but 2 separate, painful trips to the vet to remove them. My mouth was full of cavities, gingivitis, stomatitis, hot molten lava and monsters that needed to be removed. I had to be under anesthesia twice! I really don’t do well with the anesthesia, I was loopy for days...hallucinating that large children were chasing me and drowning me in drool. I got a spay too, so hopefully I'm done with surgeries for quite some time. Even though I have had to deal with the surgeries, I don’t regret one minute of being taken in by Furever Friends Cat Rescue. Things have been so good since my rescue. I have a warm foster home and one day I will have a family and dog of my own! Perhaps that is with you?

Oh! If you need 2 cats, my best friend is Virginia and she's available for adoption too, but she hates dogs. LOL.
