Hey there, I’m Waffles and I’m one of the 4 kittens from the Breakfast Crew!

I was born outside to a semi feral mom on a nice autumn day.  You see my mom is very smart.  A furever friends volunteer had been taking care of her cause she had some kids before me and my siblings.  My mom knew that this nice lady would help give us a good life once we got bigger. 

 

At first living inside was super scary.  There were lots of different smells and sounds and it was quite overwhelming.  But I soon realized that foster mom was nice. She brought use super yummy food every day, gave us a nice warm bed to sleep in and fun toys to play with.  It didn’t take me long to make friends with foster mom.  She gave me lots of cuddles and tube treats.  Once I was brave enough, we got to play out in the foster room.  There were so many fun toys to chase and tunnels to run through. 

Soon we got to meet the other fosters in the house.  Bart is fun to wrestle with and he makes a good pillow for nap time.  At first the resident dog was pretty scary, but I’ve discovered that he has this really fun toy attached to his back.  Oh, and I also really like playing on the cat trees.  Climbing right to the top or hiding in the cubby to my brother is so much fun.  I also like to give foster mom hugs cause I’m so grateful that I don’t have to live outside.   My favourite toy to play with is the little mouse.  Batting it across the floor and chasing after it’s rattle is such a thrill.  Taking naps with my siblings is also one of my favourite activities.  We all try and fit in one cat bed and snuggle all together.
